What are we doing in response to COVID-19

As we welcome you back to our hotel, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with expert protocols. We are redefining our cleaning & safety standards and we will be actively monitoring and evolving our solutions to ensure we have a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and associates. All aspects of our business with be addressed, from public spaces, guest rooms to in-house dining.

Is your restaurant open?

Our restaurant and bar is open on the following times:

RESTAURANT

Breakfast daily: 7am to 10am

Dinner: Monday – Saturday, 6pm to 8.30pm

Bar: Monday – Saturday, 5.30pm to 9pm

Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays for Dinner Service

What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 2.00pm. If you require to check-in earlier, please call our friendly team to organise. Additional fees also applicable for early check-ins.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is 10.00am. If you require a late check-out, please contact our friendly team. There will be an additional charge and it is subject to availability.

Do you accept cash payments?

Yes, we do accept cash payments. If you prefer to not use your card to guarantee, we will require you to leave a $200 cash deposit at reception which will be returned on check-out.

What card types do you accept?

Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, and debit cards with a 1.3% surcharge for all transactions.

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

Outside in designated areas only

Can I park on site?

Yes, we have complimentary parking for our guests but there is also free parking on the street.

Do you provide extra bedding?

Yes, some of our rooms have a sofa bed at an additional fee. Roll-away beds are available at an additional charge of $30 and are subject to availability, Roll-away beds can only be used in certain room types. All cots requested costs $20.

Can I check in later than 10:00pm?

Yes, we have late check in available. Please make sure you call our friendly team to let us know you will be arriving late and we will provide you with our late check-in procedure.

Do you have baths?

Spa Baths are only available in our Deluxe Suites.

Are there kitchens in the rooms?

Microwaves are available upon request only.

Do you have elevators?

We don’t have an elevator.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately we do not allow pets in our hotel rooms.
