What are you doing in response to COVID-19
As we welcome you back to our hotel, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with Accor All Safe program. We are redefining our cleaning & safety standards and we will be actively monitoring and evolving our solutions to ensure we have a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and associates. All aspects of our business with be addressed, from public spaces, guest rooms to in-house dining.
Is your restaurant open?
Our restaurant and bar is operating for breakfast 7 days a week 7am-9.30am and Dinner Monday to Saturday 6pm-8.30pm. Room service is available during these times. (Please call Reception for updated operating hours during lockdown)
What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 2.00pm. If you require to check-in earlier, please call our friendly team to organise. Early check-ins are subject to availability.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is 10.00am. If you require a late check-out, please contact our friendly team. There will be an additional charge and it is subject to availability.
Do you accept cash payments?
Yes, we do accept cash payments. If you prefer to not use your card to guarantee, we will require you to leave a $200 cash deposit at reception which will be returned on check-out.
What card types do you accept?
Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, and debit cards with a 1.3% surcharge for all transactions.
Is smoking allowed?

Can I park on site?
Yes, we have complimentary parking for our guests but there is also free parking on the street.
Do you provide extra bedding?
Yes, some of our rooms have sofa bed at no additional cost and we can also provide additional roll away bedding at a surcharge of $35 per bed.
Can I check in later than 10:00pm?
Yes, we have late check in available. Please make sure you call our friendly team to let us know you will be arriving late and we will provide you with our late check-in procedure.
Do you have Baths?
Several rooms have spa baths and are available on request. These rooms may be at an additional price for the upgrade.
Are there kitchens in the rooms?
Our rooms don’t have kitchenettes but there are complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room, along with a toaster. If you need a microwave, please speak with our friendly team to request one for your room.
Do you have Elevators?
We don’t have an elevator.
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately we do not allow pets in our hotel rooms.
