The hotel offers 50 newly refurbished rooms and suites, an on-site restaurant and bar, conference facilities, an indoor heated pool & spa, complimentary wireless internet access and onsite laundry service and facilities.

Reception is attended – Monday to Saturday 7am to 9pm

Sunday and Public Holidays 7am to 7pm

Room Service Hours

Breakfast Monday to Friday  7 – 9 am and Saturday-Sunday 7.30 – 10 am

Dinner Monday to Saturday 6 – 8.30 pm

All room services charges will be forwarded to your room account and incur a $4 delivery service fee.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in time is 2.00 pm

Check-out time is prior to 10.00 am

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur a fee.

Do Not Disturb Requests

Should you not wish to be disturbed at any time during your stay, please place the door hanger on the outside of your door.

Housekeeping

Your room will be serviced on a daily basis. Fresh towels will be provided each day with bed linen being changed after the third night of your stay. If you would like to reuse your towel, please hang it up in the bathroom. Should you wish for your towel to be replaced, please leave it on the floor.

Dry Cleaning Service

A same-day wash and fold service is available Monday to Sunday and we will deliver back to your room. For same-day delivery, we do require that you drop off your laundry at Reception by 10.00 am. This service incurs a $25.00 service fee.

Self-Service Guest Laundry Facilities

A self-service guest laundry is available on the ground floor, directly opposite the Reception. The washing machine takes a $2 & $1 coin, and the dryer is complimentary.

Air Conditioning & Heating

Besides the air-conditioning unit in all of our rooms, we also have a central heating system which is the radiator on the wall. To operate, please turn the dial towards the “+” sign or (anticlockwise) for heat and the “–” sign or (clockwise) to turn it down or off.

Please use the central heating radiator system, that will warm your room to your desired temperature.

Mini Bar

Your room is equipped with a full mini-bar. Your mini-bar will be checked and stocked daily.

Heated Pool & Spa

Our indoor heated pool and 5-person spa are located near Reception. Our guests can use their room key to access the pool room from Monday to Saturday 7am till 9pm and Sundays and Public Holidays 7am till 7pm.

All safety procedures and behaviour guidelines must be followed at all times. Children under 16 years old must be supervised at all times.

In Case of Emergency

In the event of an emergency, the emergency assembly point is the bottom of the driveway on Brilliant Street, near Room 101.

Should you identify an emergency situation, please dial 9 for Reception immediately for assistance. For medical emergencies, please call 000.

Guests In Room

Unless specified and added to the booking, all accommodation is for double occupancy. Due to Fire regulations, Hotel Management must be aware of the number of guests in rooms. Please advise if this changes at any point during your stay.

Damages

Every guest is personally liable for all charges and remains liable for all damages to the room or property therein, or any discrepancies during their stay, due to the actions of themselves or their guests. In the event of foregoing, the registered guests give Mantra Bathurst the authority to charge the card on file for any losses incurred by the hotel, including but not limited to loss of revenue, additional cleaning and replacement or repair to any facility, furniture, fixture or fitting.

Lost Property

Should you have any queries during your stay regarding lost property, please contact Reception. Any lost property that is found at the hotel will be kept for a three month period. Where possible, we will make contact with the owner if we are aware of their details.

Pet Policy

No pets are permitted on the property.

Smoking

Mantra Bathurst has a strict no smoking policy. If a guest is found to have smoked in their room a $400 smoking fee will be charged to the account.
